My Practice

I offer a broad range of legal services to my clients, who are primarily from Hartford, Tolland and Middlesex Counties. Recently, my primary practice areas have been: 

• Condominium issues. I work with developers, associations, unit owners and tenants in resolving disputes and improving condominium legal structures and community life. I have participated in the development of condominiums, document drafting an amendment, rules enforcement, collections and foreclosure, document interpretation, organization and management, and litigation on condominium issues. • Residential and commercial real estate matters. As a real estate practitioner, I perform closings for residential and commercial real estate. I estimate that I have done over 7000 closings. I also represent clients in a wide range of real estate issues, including discrimination, title disputes, boundary disputes, land use, landlord/tenant, contract negotiations, mechanics liens, and mortgages.For additional information, visit my real estate page.
• Mortgage and credit issues. I help clients who are facing foreclosure or debt collections. More than ever, banks and other lenders, even credit card companies, are willing to negotiate. I can offer you a low-cost solution. For $75 you can have up to 45 minutes of my time. I have been in private practice for 25 years. I will provide you with a casual, friendly environment in which you will feel more comfortable. I know the legal system and having familiarity with many legal problems. I can help you answer your legal questions. I can advise you as to the risks that you may face. I want to provide you with the information that you need so that you can decide what to do. Knowledge is power. The more informed that you are about your options, the better decisions you can make. You will also be able to assist your lawyer and perhaps, reduce the amount that you will pay for legal representation.
