Condominium Law
I work with individuals, associations and developers in controversies involving condominium or time-share arrangements, handling disputes involving construction defects or structural issues, documentation supporting or creating condominium ownership, collections and foreclosures, the enforcement of rules within condominium associations and litigation arising from condominium ownership. Real Estate
I handle a broad range of commercial and residential real estate issues, from discrimination in housing and debtor/creditor issues to land use and zoning disputes and closings. I handle all aspects of a residential or commercial real estate transaction, from the negotiation of terms to the closing. I also review and prepare all documents required to successfully complete a real property transaction, including buy-sell agreements, deeds, mortgages, notes and other financing instruments.
